Corrossion-resistant: It adopts the martensite stainless steel, checked by salt spray testing machine. Polishing makes the cutting elements more corrosion-resistant.The material type used for cutter and guard: 420J2The lubricating oil contributes to the lubrication of the blades.the process flow for both cutting elements: Stamping, Molding, Heat Treatment, Polishing, Tooth Punching, GrindingProcess parameters are monitored or measured . e.g. Statistical Process Control and there are records of these measurements.Quality inspection ensures the end quality. The method is by casual inspection(sample check) of the sharpness and entire inspection of the outlook.Dimension of the outlook, sharpness, brightness and smoothness are monitored for product testing.Performing real cutting test on hair is possible.The hardness after hardening depends on the materials.The roughness is controlled by oil stone testing. The flatness is controlled by red lead oil testing.The teeth sharpness is controlled by testing before finished from the grinding machine and then going on producing after qualified.The deburring is taken care of by the deburring machine.The maintenance or replacement or overhaul of tooling ( e.g grinding stone etc) is done by periodic maintenance.The guard teeth rounding is measured in the set time.The Incoming Material Quality Verification is taken care of by testing the thickness and hardness.The benchmark of cutting performance is done by testing the cotton used.The Fall Off Rate of the blades is 1.00%We make the drawings of cutting elements by ourselves.
